This website is owned and operated by SNETTSCOM, a private company based in Kisumu, Kenya. Your use of this website and services offered by SNETTSCOM will be governed by the terms and conditions set out below. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

2.   Restricted Use of Website Content 

Permission is granted to electronically copy or print portions of this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not misuse the Website in any way.

3.   Content 

The Website is for information purposes only and is provided on an “as is” basis. We accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, currency or truth of any of the information contained in the Website. Any advice given on this Website is for guidance purposes only. Any such advice should not be relied upon or used as a substitute for legal or other professional advice on your specific requirements.

Certain links on the Website may lead to other websites which are not under our control. The use of third party websites is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.

5.   Hosting Account Setup 

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

6.   Services 

All services provided by SNETTSCOM may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the Republic of Kenya apply. Use of our hosting servers or any of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Any domain or website found to host sexually explicit material, nudity or pornography or linking to pornography will be suspended immediately without notice. All websites developed by SNETTSCOM must retain a link crediting development back to us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7.   Spam Policy 

We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

8.   Payment Information 

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify us of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. SNETTSCOM reserves the right to change the yearly or monthly payment amount and any other charges at any time. The amount you pay for your hosting will never increase from the date of purchase until the contract period is up.

9.   Technical support 

SNETTSCOM will provide a guaranteed service availability of 99.9%. Technical support will be provided via the following ways:

  • Telephone support.
  • Support tickets through the Client area portal.
  • On-site support visits.

We strive to provide an initial response time of 1 hr for all tickets logged within official working hours i.e. 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. The network will be monitored 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. Emergency technical support outside of working hours will be responded to as soon as possible. Site visit support will be billed.

10.    Backups and Data Loss 

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. SNETTSCOM is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on SNETTSCOM servers, unless you are subscribed to our backup solutions. We will provide service as featured in the backup package you are subscribed to.
